In Service Training:

  • We are committed to providing ongoing on the job training in Earthmoving machines, Plant        operating and safety training every week. We are working closely with the Civil Engineering industry Training Board, Masima Training SA CC. registered with the Department of Manpower in terms of the Manpower training Act. (No. 56 of 1981) to ensure our important asset, our people.
  • We as Magnum Metals can say with confidence that our workers are highly qualified. In this way we attain our objective while ensuring constant growth and prosperity for our company, our people and our customers. Magnum Metals has significant and focused interests in local activities and communities.

Health and Safety Policy:

  • Magnum Metals has a legal obligation to protect all employees from the risk of injury or illness so far as is practicable in the work place. It is therefore the policy of our company to implement an effective Health and Safety Program, which ensures compliance with relevant Acts, Codes,     Regulations and Standards. All employees are to be committed to the safety program and the      elimination of control of work place hazards. Each individual is personally responsible for working in a safe and healthy manner, following safety rules and participating in weekly safety training. Magnum Metals will not knowingly demand or expect any person, to participate in an activity, which is likely to be detrimental to their health and safety.
